The sauna

Your private sauna

Up to 90°C of cedar heat, booked for you alone. Heat, cold, rest, repeat.

The Nordic circuit

Three steps people in Finland have trusted for two thousand years.

The ritual is simple. Heat opens you up, cold wakes you up, rest lets it all settle. Most guests go round two or three times.

Sauna heater and stones in the cedar room
I · Heat

Sit in the cedar

10 to 20 minutes

Cedar heat up to 90°C. First-timers start at 10 minutes and leave when the body says so. Ladle a little water on the stones for steam.

The suite's tub and shower, ready for a cold rinse
II · Cold

Plunge or rinse

30 seconds to 2 minutes

A cold shower, a cold bath with ice from the freezer, or in winter, lie back in the snow. Thirty seconds is real. Two minutes is Finnish.
